calendar. At the festival there is a mass baptism. Timkat is biggest festival of the year and
Lalibella has the most colourful. The timkat festival takes place in january and lasts two
weeks.
In Ethiopia you can trek in the highlands from october through to march. people tell you you won’t
be able to understand but it is amAZING. The horse races with shields and spears is a wild event.
