What is the surf like today? Well it was ok. A little bit inconsistent but I got a few waves. I did a sick re-entry which I am stoked about. I went out at Dixon Park this morning the wind was coming from the North and blowing along the beach and it was a little choppy but it was not too bad. The waves were all over the place and did not break in one spot.

On the way i checked out NObbys and it was choppy as there. Not much good waves there. There was a decent wave at the Cowrie Hole but there were too many people out. It was about two foot at Cowrie Hole. Newcastle beach had some waves but they were breaking right in the middle of the flags. There was a small wave at the point. Maybe at low tide it will get better. The swell has dropped even more today but it is still holding up. South Newcastle had a bit of a wave but not too great.

Bar Beach had a pretty good wave at the reef and the cliff had some waves but it was a bit crowded. Merewether had nothing.

Wind was from the NOrth at 8:25 am this morning and blowing about 7 knots.
At 11:25 the wind is from the East at eight knots.
At Norah Head the wind is from the north east at eleven knots.
