Today the wind is absolutely still at the moment. I went out at Bar Beach this morning. The swell is very small today. The waves were only about one foot with sets coming in at one foot two inches. lol.. Ha Ha. How sad is that, laughing at my own jokes. Nevertheless the water is beautiful and it is a wonderful day, not too hot and a little overcast so I really enjoyed it - until all these school grommets came out and flooded the break. Unbelievable.

I caught a couple of waves and I am getting up on the board when i catch the waves a lot better now. My trips to the gym have done some good. I have got a new set of exercises or program and I am going to be doing more exercises to strengthen my arms and chest and back muscles for paddling and getting up.

I did not have a look at any other beaches today as it was probably a waste of time as nearly all beaches will be small and you either go out for a paddle and some exercise or go and do something different.
